The Makita 36V (18V x 2) Brushless 305mm (12“) Compound Mitre Saw, DLS211Z, is powered by two 18V Lithium-Ion batteries for 36V power and performance, without leaving the 18V LXT platform. The DLS211Z has an efficient Brushless Motor that delivers up to 4,400 RPM for fast and efficient cutting, with Automatic Torque Drive technology to adjust cutting speed and torque under load for optimum performance.

The direct-drive gearbox and guard system is engineered for increased cutting capacity crosscutting at 92 x 382mm or 107 x 363mm at 90°. The saw miters 0° to 60° left and right, while the bevel lock located in the front of the saw provides quick and easy adjustments from 0° to 48° left and right.

Additional features include a standard Efficut Blade, built-in laser that indicates the line-of-cut, and improved dust collection capability for use with a bag or vacuum (sold separately).

• Automatic torque drive optimises rpm and torque automatically to produce the fastest cut in light or hard applications
