If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product listed on our site, to comply with our returns policy products must:

  1. Be returned no later than 7 days from date of receipt.
  2. Product must be returned in original packing along with Return Authorisation Number,original receipt, reasons for return and customer contact details.
  3. Product must be unused.
  4. Credit/Refunds amounts will be made for the initial order total ( excluding freight).
  5. Return freight costs will be covered by customer.


All products listed on this site are covered by a Manufacturers Warranty.

This will vary anywhere from 12 months to 5 years depending on the manufacturer.

Manufacturers and Peninsula Garden & Power Tools do not cover freight to return warranty products for servicing.

Warranty claims can be processed at any authorised service repair agent in your area with the warranty receipt supplied by Peninsula Garden & Power Tools.

If this is not acceptable then e mail us with your enquiry and return your item at your expense to Peninsula Garden & Power Tools for warranty servicing.


If you would like us to repair damaged power tools, petrol powered products and air tools, please email us with repair enquiry & send your item to Peninsula Garden & Power Tools. We will obtain a quote to repair your item for a minimal fee of $25.00 & email you with repair details. You decide if you would like to go ahead with the repair & email us back with confirmation. If you decide to go ahead with the repair the quote fee will be waived.
